Rauma-Repola
Founded in 1945 through the purchase of a well established shipyard in Rauma. Merged with Hollming Oy in 1991 to form Finnyards. Subsequently purchased first by Kværner and then by the Aker Group to form Aker Finnyards. Merged with Kværner Masa-Yards in 2005, the group was renamed Aker Yards in 2006 and became part of STX Europe in 2008.
