Formed as part of Camillo Eitzen & Co. with the purchase of Knud I. Larsen in 2001 and the subsequent purchase of Navale Francaise and Naviera Quimica in 2004. Split off as Eitzen Chemical in 2006 and acquired by Team Tankers International in 2015.
